I joined Toastmasters in 2002. I love it. I'm in the greater Seattle area and my club has many members for whom English is their second language. Most of them work for tech companies. It's a joy to see how hard they work and how eager they are to learn.
Another great video! True. Showing goodwill towards the audience is not a sacrifice but selfish. Sometimes people can think of selfishness in an intrinsicist way which ends up reducing the value you get and provide.
