Hi,
I’m deeply grateful to share with you the cover design for my upcoming novella, The Weight of Silence.
Over the past few weeks, many of you have supported this project through encouragement, thoughtful conversations, and direct contributions. Because of that support, I was able to commission a cover I’m proud of, get the manuscript professionally proofread, and move forward with formatting for both print and Kindle.
This book exists because of you.
What it’s about:
What happens when silence becomes complicity?
In contemporary London, a young man’s failure to act—not from cruelty, but from paralysing passivity—sets in motion consequences he never imagined.
The Weight of Silence is a psychological novella that excavates the devastating cost of moral inaction, exploring how the things we don’t do can destroy us just as surely as the things we do.
This is a story about the seductive comfort of dependence, the tyranny of fear, and the brutal work of claiming agency for the first time. It’s about discovering that art has the power to drag us toward truths we’d rather leave buried.
When staying silent is no longer an option, what price are you willing to pay to finally speak?
I’m working tirelessly to prepare it for publication in the first week of July—and while July 1st may be a stretch, I’m doing everything I can to make it happen.
Everyone who contributed to the original launch fund will also receive a copy as a thank-you.
If you haven’t already and would like to support the project, here’s a simple offer:
