Outstanding piece. It is NOT "food for thought" - It is TRUTH made visible in a dark world. The Hebrew spirit IS an example of how to stand and not kneel before hypocrisy.
Yasher Koach. You speak the eternal truth with the brilliance of a thousand suns, and the power of a global tsunami. The West is dying from its own irrelevance, incompetence, cowardice, and appeasement of the forces of hate, totalitarianism and anti-Semitism. I am reminded of what Churchill told Chamberlain after the dreadful sellout of Czechoslovakia to Nazi Germany at Munich by the French and British in 1938, a year before World War II and the Jewish catastrophe of the Shoah, when the world looked the other way in hostility and indifference: “You had a choice between dishonor and war. You chose dishonor. You shall have war!” AM YISRAEL CHAI!!!
Great essay. Here’s how I would summarize how I understand it.
Life is the choice between creation and non-creation. So is history—only the choice lies within civilizations rather than individuals.
Israel creates because it chooses life.
The West stagnates because it entombs life in frozen abstractions.
Islamists destroy because they worship death.
Israel can lead the confused world not by complying with their laws or quoting their language, but by creating—by living, building, and, when needed, ruthlessly fighting for its values.

Now, if you could only find a strong leader.....

Powerful because it is true.
